I confirm appointments via email and phone at least 48 hours before your appointment date/time.  

If for any reason you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, I ask that you call or send me an email in a timely manner. Most times, I have clients that want to get in sooner than their scheduled appointment time and if an appointment is a no call/no show, it's not only discourteous, but it makes my time stagnant.

If you will be more than 1 hour late for an appointment, I will have to reschedule you if I have an appointment immediately following your scheduled appointment. If I am running behind on a client, I will call you to let you know. I make every effort possible to keep your wait time to no more than 15 minutes.

NO CALLS/NO SHOWS - If you request an appointment in the future, a $15 cancellation fee will be added to your new appointment services.
